Bigger jobs are priced in writing, first.
Rail possessions, monitoring over months, full scan-to-model work. These do not fit a price list, and pretending they do is how bills grow.
So the rule is simple. Worked out properly and put in writing before anything starts. A written quote by 5pm the same working day.

Most firms will not print a number.
Look up five surveying firms and count the prices you find. The usual answer is a contact form and silence. We would rather you knew the starting point before you ring.
